So I've been reading around here for a while now, but this is my first post.

I just scored a sweet fridge on craigslist, one of those single door display fridges from a convenience store. It fits 4 better bottles and I'll be controlling the temperature inside with an Auber PID temp controller. I have two questions,

1. Does anyone have experience with these kind of fridges, especially whether or not they have coolant lines running along the sides of the fridge? I bricked my last fridge by accidentally drilling into these lines so now I'm terrified!

2. How important is it to vent the CO2 produced by fermentation? My fear is that so much CO2 is produced that it'll kick the door open and I'll lose cooling efficiency. Does anyone have this problem with their fridges they ferment in?

Thanks so much for any help people can give.
