Do you guys really need a week between posting the offers and pick day? What if we posted on a Thursday and had a Saturday pick giving 2 days to make a list.

And since we are looking at football season, would Friday night be better than Saturday/Sunday or would you prefer during a game potentially?

Looking for general consensus.
