Yo, @Schecter dropped this giant box of beers on me.
Thanks brother!
Thanks brother!

Whatever works best for you would be my preference - worst case I'll submit a pick list (which I would probably do anyways)Trying to figure out the next round. The biggest issue I have is that I'm not home at all the weekend of the 24-25th, which would fall as the nice place to do the pick.
Thread up this friday
offers due by the 16th
Offers posted the weekend of the 17th/18th
pick takes place sometime late the following week
So my options are push out another week and hold the pick basically in July, or host the pick friday night the 23rd at ~6-7pm EST. With 25 people and PianoMan's set time slots it's 2 hours for picking which should be doable.
Thoughts?

My only issue would be if I unexpectedly worked late and didn't submit a list and got stuck with last.... oh wait, I was last the last round and got an amazing box! Do whatever makes you happy.
I have yet to see a bad box in one of these.
I may have to do something about that... Genesee counts as local, right?
It especially count for me... I live in Rochester. But to be fair some of their brew house releases are quite fair ...
Hah! TBQH, as much as I joke, I actually am a fan of their cream ale.
I'd say Brooklyn, but I've found Brooklyn Lager overseas, so it no longer counts. I need to find some new breweries out on Long Island somewhere to mix in with whatever Finback has in cans/bottles. Bonus points if I can find a brewery with a local attempt at a macro lager.

After watching the rev stack them up, I really want to try one... or six, whatever equals a beer.
I think the math is 8.75 equals one brew, unless they are tall boys. Then I get confused and start shotgunning them.
I have just the ticket... Here comes BMC style lager and amber ale. To be honest they are tasty though. Me and their cream ale have had many of good times, have you tried the brew house variant?
In addition to finback just toss in some other half and threes and I will pick yours. And I live in Westchester...
All I got from that is: "shotgun beer"
Grilled a few meals worth of beef and ate it all. Need water and sleep. View attachment 402632
I like the potato to meat ratio in the picture, my wife ... not so much.
The white pile is actually horseradish. No potatoes were harmed during last nights gluttony.
Even better, or even better yet is that you're eating off either a salad plate or a serving platter. Or maybe you're not eating off of it, but it sure looks like it.
Getting in a double batch of @pianoman hard lemonade. It will hang out with raspberries once in secondary. I'm looking forward to this. Half will make its way to a cookout on the 23rd.

So just FYI, the recipe I sent out is for about 6.5%. The 10%er I sent to everyone was with 2lbs of corn sugar, just FYI.
Jesus Christ. 10% is impressive.

I think 6.5 is ok. There is a pond at the location. We don't need people floating in it at my expense.
Raspberries are my favorite. Doing a 6.5% mango batch tomorrow. Have 25 gallons of brew ready by the time get back from California.
You must not have 3 kids that are 4 and under.
I wish I could get that much in.
Ha ha! My kids are grown, all 4, a main reason got into brewing in the first place. However, we are in care of our 2 and 8 year old grandkids. The 2yr old is legally disabled. 2nd time around "parenting" tho so **** it, do what you love!
Working compressed shift helps..
