So just FYI, the recipe I sent out is for about 6.5%. The 10%er I sent to everyone was with 2lbs of corn sugar, just FYI.

After showing the recipe to my LHBS dudes, they made a 20%er. Seriously, you could barely detect the alcohol! 😜

That EC1118 is awesome yeast!

Ha ha! My kids are grown, all 4, a main reason got into brewing in the first place. However, we are in care of our 2 and 8 year old grandkids. The 2yr old is legally disabled. 2nd time around "parenting" tho so **** it, do what you love!

I do have to say that I'm looking forward to raspberry hard lemonade. Now if I can only hold myself back from adding more corn sugar in once fermentation gets moving.

Glad everything made it! Hops fade, better get those ipa's back down to drinking temp.

The HB is an imperial stout aged on oak, bourbon, and vanilla. It is well aged and ready to go. Little to no carb and quite dry. 1.145 down to 1.030.
