I ferment all my IPA and APA for 7 days dry hop in keg at room temp for 4-5 days then put in kegerator with co2 hooked up for 2-3 days (with hop bag still in) and drink.. They are really young when I start but I don't drink them fast so after a few days you can really tell when they start coming in to their own.

I am surprised no one has mentioned Biermuncher's centennial blonde. It is arguably the number one recipe in the HBT recipe section and is a pefect quick turn around recipe. It makes everyone who puts a pint to their lips smile, beer snobs included. Quick question on the centennial blonde:

The instructions state:

Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 4 days at 68 Degrees
Additional Fermentation: Kegged, chilled and Carb'd for one week
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 5 Days at 68 Degrees

I assume the "additional" fermentation is done after the secondary.

So, should I be fine just doing 9 days primary and then racking into the keg, carbing for 1 week?

I made this a few times.I left it in the primary for 2 weeks and kegged

You would be just fine doing a 9 day primary then keg n carb. If you are not in a rush leave it in primary for a couple weeks or longer. Unless I need to turn a beer around fast I will primary for 2-4 weeks then keg n enjoy. This gives the yeast a bit of time to clean up after themselves and fall out of suspension resulting in a cleaner and clearer end product.
