On this recipe, do you mill the minute rice and corn flakes?

I am surprised no one has mentioned Biermuncher's centennial blonde. It is arguably the number one recipe in the HBT recipe section and is a pefect quick turn around recipe. It makes everyone who puts a pint to their lips smile, beer snobs included. I have brewed this a couple times and it always turns out amazing. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f66/centennial-blonde-simple-4-all-grain-5-10-gall-42841/
The other fast turn around recipe you should look at is Orfy's mild mannered ale. A mighty fine mild. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f67/mild-mannered-ale-ag-e-uk-us-52776/
I made this a few times.I left it in the primary for 2 weeks and keggedQuick question on the centennial blonde:
The instructions state:
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 4 days at 68 Degrees
Additional Fermentation: Kegged, chilled and Carb'd for one week
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 5 Days at 68 Degrees
I assume the "additional" fermentation is done after the secondary.
So, should I be fine just doing 9 days primary and then racking into the keg, carbing for 1 week?
