Fat Head dregs starter

I bought a four pack of Fat Head's hop stalker, decent beer but I'm not a huge wet hop fan. It's unfiltered going into the can so I made a small starter with the dregs of three. It took a couple days to take off and now has a 4" krausen. I emailed the brewery but no reply yet, any ideas what they use for yeast?
