I really didn't set out to make a step by step instructional guide but really with just a bit on ingenuity and creativity anyone can figure this out.

This chiller literally took me more time to purchase the materials in Home Depot than to actually assemble it.

Materials:
20' feet of 3/8" OD Copper Coil (I wanted 25' but that's all they had!)

Garden hose adapter 3/4" FH x 3/8" ID

10' Clear Vinyl 1/2" OD and 3/8" ID

3 - 3/8" hose clamps

1 - White Zip Tie

1 - Garden House Apdapter for faucet 3/4" MH x 1/2" FIP

1 - Pot smaller than your brew pot to form the copper

Around $40 but it could be even cheaper because you could go to a plumber supply house and get even cheaper prices.

I found an economy wort chiller online for $35 plus shipping but this way I was able to custom fit it to my new pot.

This is basically just what I did, except I used 50' of copper.

One suggestion though. I'd use about three hose clamps on the tubing on the end where the water flows into the chiller. On mine, it would slowly leak no matter how tight I tightened the hose clamp, until I added a couple more clamps. Now's it's completely water tight. The leak was so slow that during a test run I never noticed it. It was only when I was actually chilling the wort that I noticed a few drops dripping into the wort.

Thanks for the feedback. I used three clamps I just didn't take pictures of all three. But glad you said something cause if I didn't I'd definitely have a leak!
