Greetings from the frigid Midwest...

I'm new to the forum, and pretty new to beer making (on my 4 batch), anyway, I got a really good buy on 4 cases of 16oz EZ-cap bottles, and so far I really like them. but my question is; is the the little plastic gasket on the lid/cork reuseable, or should they be changed after every use? After one use they still look like new, but I don't want to lose a batch of beer testing that theory.

Thanks,
Brad

They are reusable. Just make sure they are clean and sanitized before you use them. I've had at least a half dozen batches though mine and haven't replaced the gaskets yet with no problems. When they start getting hard from drying out, or soft, like yooper said, or cracked, I'll replace them.
