Jesus kratzer, do you have gainful employment?

Self employed...took the day off for my wife's prenatal appointment and blood work, a trip to get her a new military ID, and some landscaping work.

I'm on the computer now working on getting myself un-confused on this cluster f*ck of wiring for my brewery. It's been way too long since I looked at it all last and I'm trying to make sense of it all...from the very beginning of going from my main breaker box to the spa panel, etc.

Took a break to write that post that got away from me.

Got another prediction. The Rangers are going to beat Ottawa, know how i know......

Matt Carle trying to make up for all the moves he's made in the d*ck dance that's been the Flyers defense.

1-0 Flyers. Hopefully the trend of the team that scores first loses ends tonight.

And Carle nearly gets a 2-on-1 but puts the puck into the Pens bench.

The pens may lose this series, but no way is Philadelphia gonna get the cup with Bryz in goal.

Edit: 3-2 now. I hit enter on the original post about 15 seconds before Bryz gave up anoher.

I really think there's an injury not being talked about. He's not moving the way he did with aggression in March. He was in the groove then until that bone chip/fracture.

They're going to struggle with any 7-game series and may lose this one if they aren't scoring enough to keep up with the pucks going in their own net. I know, that's brilliant, but they were in the first 3 games with 20 goals.

Funny how I read an article that talked about the goaltending GAA in this series looking like a mediocre pitcher's ERA.

Another dirty hit on Couturier, away from the puck, and a hit to the head, this time by Malkin and only called interference. This is exactly the kind of thing that should result in a suspension regardless of who the offending player is. I'd say the same thing if Giroux hit Crosby in the head.

That was a pretty ****ty hit in malkin, he's a ****in scumbag.

Also, supposedly bryz has a hip injury and his foot is probably still bothering him...excuses. Not happy with his play. It's too bipolar for me.

Get a grip, it was a baby tap.

Fleury is waking up and Philly is fading, you had your chance.

I'd hardly call the last 5+ minutes of Flyers play as "fading." They're all over the Pens right now in Fleury's kitchen. He'll crack, just like every other time. Game's far from over, but he's definitely the reason the Flyers are up by a couple.

Uh oh...Not lookin good. I just hope it goes 7....

I wouldn't call that cracking. The flower was the star of this game.

We'll see. I'll take a positive away that the power play was effective again and the Pens relied solely on Fleury to get them through that game as the Flyers dominated most of the third.

Good to see actual hockey played for once.

Agree with you on both points. Pens spent too much time trying to defend in the last 10 minutes, not enough time trying to burn time or score by being in the Flyers end. Also, a real hockey game, not pond hockey.

Yeah, had the Flyers got the tying goal, they had everything going for them to get the next, possibly in OT, like Game 1. Just the way the bounces go.

Flyers better come out rocking on Sunday and wrap it up or they might be up there in history on the other side of where their name is now.

Did anyone else notice this!!!!

She can't stay home with that baby!

Saw that too. My wife was sitting next to me with our 1 month old daughter and saying "how old is that baby????".

P.S. Detroit is going down.

Nope...didn't break the trend.

We took our daughter to several games last year. She was on the jumbotron jammer several times at each game. I think she was about 9 months at her first game.

Not 9 months any more...

And in other good news tonight, Detroit is eliminated.

Nashville does have the UGLIEST uniforms.

I can't say that I am surprised that we lost the series. I figured it would have gone to 6 games though.

That is one cute kid even if she is a flyers fan. I still have 5 months until my little girl is born.

Canucks or Nashville vs NY or Boston in the finals. You heard it here first. I'm not saying Penguins because I think whichever team comes out of the series will be too physically destroyed to pull it off.

Though as much as I REALLY hate to say it (and I mean REALLY), I think Ottawa has a legitimate chance of upsetting NY. They are better than an 8th seed should be, and the season series was 3-1 in their favor... anything can happen. Lundqvist has to be stellar if NY wants to advance.

The thing you're forgetting about Nashville, the play the Wings in the first round.

Just had to bring this up again :)

Go Preds!

Yup. We are definitely excited.

It's awesome. Absolutely awesome. Every phase has moments that are great, but it's fun to have conversation with her while she's in the car seat and around the house.

It's going to be weird going from my daughter feeding herself to the 4 oz bottles, my wife breast feeding, and burp clothes again.

Very cute, but wouldn't she look even better in these? I thought I heard her saying "Fluery, Fluery".

She's got a pink jersey that matches my wife's breast cancer jersey. Got a picture of my daughter somewhere reaching out for a fist bump in the jersey.
