Lots of love for the Easter Bunny. This is my first Belgian Tripel and I'm excited to see the 24 hr yeast starter take off and blow the roof off my garage.
Finally started boiling and added my first hop addition. It's a little windy today so I'm leaving the lid on but offset slightly as to avoid a problem w DMS.
Figures that as I'm typing this I get a boil over... Doh!
