Finally started boiling and added my first hop addition. It's a little windy today so I'm leaving the lid on but offset slightly as to avoid a problem w DMS.


Figures that as I'm typing this I get a boil over... Doh!

Brewed a Vanilla Bourbon Porter. I tasted the wort and it was fantastic! I am really excited about this beer!
