Well I just kegged a simple saison I made with this yeast -- 94.7% attenuation! From 1.057 to 1.003 using a dupont grainbill. Is this extreme or pretty typical? I started it at 64 and ramped it up to 80.

Mashed at 150 for 90 minutes

10.75 lb Belgian - Pilsner
1 lb White Wheat
0.75 lb Cane Sugar
0.5 lb Flaked Barley
