This may be a silly question , but i noticed when i dropped dry ice into a cup of water last night it bubbled like crazy! Could dry ice be used to oxygenate Wort?

No, absolutely not. Dry ice is CO2 in solid form. It sublimates into CO2 gas under room temp and pressure. You would be essentially carbing your wort.

It is fun to play with though, isn't it? There's some way to add a little dish soap and glycerin to water, drop in a little chunk of dry ice, and it forms a big CO2 bubble.
