Just brewed up two 5-gallon batches designed to clone "Lunch" IPA by Maine Beer Co.

The recipe had Warrior, Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo - 1 oz each.
Only difference in each batch was the timing/combinations of the hop additions.

I have 4 1-gallon glass carboys, and 3 2-gallon fermenting buckets.
So, I've been thinking...
I'll secondary the ten gallons into the 7 "vessels"

Using hops I have on hand, and assuming a rate of .5 oz per gallon for 4 days of dry-hopping...

For the 2-gal ones...
1. .25 simcoe, .25 centennial, .5 amarillo
2. .25 simcoe, .5 centennial, .25 amarillo
3. .5 galaxy .5 horizon

For the 1-gal ones...
1. .5 Citra
2. .5 Cascade
3. .25 Citra .25 Cascade
4. .5 St Celia Golding

I also have Polaris, Columbus, Spalt, and Target.
If you have a great recommendation for another hop, I can get some at the LHBS.
Thoughts or input appreciated. Thanks!

I think a pungent beer like Lunch is gonna be on the order of dry hopping +1oz/gal

It should give you an idea of the nuances between the various hops though. Im guessing the citra and galaxy ones will be among the most pungent
