I'm new and just learning all about the brewing process!
I have been a little disappointed with the results of the coopers kits. So I had a special bitter to put on so I changed it up a bit threw some malt booster plus in and dry hopped with some saaz hops that I had lying around and god I can't believe the difference!!
Three days the hops have been in (the brew has been on for a week now) and the flavor and aroma is so dramatically different. I tasted the sample i took for the gravity reading today lol..

Would it be ok for me to leave it in the primary for 2-3 weeks then keg it?

I wouldn't think so I leave most of my brews in primary for around 2 weeks and they taste pretty good. And dry hopping hell yeah a good to way make the coopers kit taste better. I do a pale ale with cascade hops and coopers kit tastes pretty good.

It won't hurt to leave it in primary. Mine take between 2-3 weeks usually to ferment out & settle out clear or slightly misty before priming & bottling. Or dry hopping for 7 additional days.

Do you dry hop in primary or secondary??

Primary. But as I said,it's settled out clear or slightly misty by then. Which leaves more hop oils in suspension, giving a lot more aroma.
