I brewed up a simple pale ale and added some cans of frozen apple juice concentrate after the boil to give it some apple hints. I also used Calypso hops (first time) to get some apple/pear notes. Now it's in the keg and I'd like to dry hop it but I'm not sure what to use. Here's the original hop schedule:

1 oz Hallertau (60 mins)
0.75 oz Calypso (5 mins)

Here are the hops I have on hand: Calypso, Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Magnum, Perle.

I was going to dry-hop with 1 oz of Calypso but I'm not sure if that will give it too much of an apple aroma. I thought maybe I could use another hop to complement the Calypso but wasn't sure which to use. Any thoughts? I did some searching but didn't come up with many results for dry hopping with Calypso. Thanks!

Thanks...I was thinking something like that. Cascade is one of my go to hops. I just don't want it to turn into a fruit salad!
