Double hopped IPA. Flat! Help!

I just brewed my second batch of an IPA with a DME at bottling added sugar, one week out I checked the progress... Beer is flat... The flavor is on the money but I gots very little bubbles, help!
 
Back away from the beer.

Leave it alone for another 2 weeks. Make sure it's in a dark spot, around 70 degrees. Carbonation will happen. 1 week is often too quick to detect anything - especially if you're storing the bottles in cooler temperatures, which would be easy to do with the weather lately...
