Bridger has really taken to both of our children. He is always near one of them be it inside watching a movie our outside hiking and playing.

He's not a bad brew assistant either.

He is so mellow for an almost 9 mo old lab.

Here is our boy. Well, old man. He will be 13 on Jan. 13. He is really slowing down and we think there might be more going on. Just hoping he can hang on to his birthday. And our son giving him some love.

He is a beautiful boy and old dogs are so very special. Treasure every moment with him this holiday season.

Sorry man, it's never easy when they get older. We love them while they are here and cry like babies when we lose them.

Haha.. The heating pad was for me when my back was out, with his coat he overheats laying on a blanket. Winter is his favorite time of year!

The wife bought our 50lb labradoodle boots. He cut his paws and shins up on ice covered snow last year during winter hikes so she's hoping the tall boots protect him a bit better.

And they match the pack she also picked up. He can carry his own damn water and treats now.

Man, I love the brindle on a pit. Something about it is so cool.
Son had a pit that was a damn lil baby. Went out one night, didn't come home til late afternoon next day. Mason sat by front door til my son came home. All my son did was pat his own chest in that 'come' gesture, Mason sprang up, wrapped his hind legs around my sons waist and his front legs around my sons neck, just like a damn little kid, licking his face all over!

Is that a pure bread Australian Cattle Dog? If so they are awesome dogs! I have a 50% Border Collie/25% Australian Cattle Dog/25% Australian Shepherd girl. She's awesome! Almost 14 years old and still loves to play fetch and going strong!
