Another brainstorming session because I have a few grains I need to use. No clue what this is, but I have a 5lb bag of biscuit and 5lb of Munich I need to use for something. Trying to use some ale yeast as well. Appreciate any feedback on this one. Cheers!

1 Gal batch, I call it "I don't know"
1lb 11oz Pale Ale (62.8%)
10oz Munich (23.3%)
4oz Biscuit (9.3%)
2oz CaraMunich II (4.7%)

10g EKG @60min (28.9 IBU)
10g Fuggles @15min (13.4 IBU)

3.5g US-04 ~75% att.

Mash eff 77%
OG 1.061
FG 1.015
ABV 6%
SRM 11
IBUs 42
 
Sounds like it will be a bready heavy bodied pale ale. I’d mash it low and long to make sure it attenuates fully. High FG on this may be overpowering. Franken-beers and always a fun trial. I might cut the biscuit in half and try a more neutral yeast, but the rest sounds tasty.
