So early this year I tried Stone's Jindia double IPA and I was floored with how amazing the blend of citrus and pine. So over the last few months, I have been brewing a recipe in my head and finally brewed it yesterday.
I wanted I liked the pine and citrus but I wanted to make it a little more hearty and more balance between the juniper and hops.
Granted it has three more days in the fermenter I have some reservations about my recipe and I plan on making changes. What are your thoughts?
