I recently read the below article on probrewer.com. The author mentions that most sanitizers are oxidizers:
"Most sanitizers are oxidizers, making it very important to insure your vessel is dry before you fill it; otherwise residual sanitizer could potentially oxidize your beer. "

The article doesn't name the sanitizers that are oxidizers. Does anyone know if StarSan is an oxidizer? I sanitize my bottles and kegs with StarSan before packaging my beer and there is always residual foam and moisture from the sanitizer at the time they are filled.
Fear the foam?
