Does it matter if you cold crash your secondary before kegging?

No. When you put your keg in the fridge/keezer/kegerator you'll crash it then. I usually have the first pint pull with a little bit of haze and then crystal clear from there.
 
It will help clear it more, that's the only reason. I bypass secondaries and cold crash my primaries with gelatin before racking to keg.
 
IMO it speeds up the clearing process. I usually leave behind a pile of sludge in the primary that otherwise would be sitting in the serving keg.
