Hey erryone - We made a Doble - Doble for my son's birthday 6 years ago. I opened a bottle and they are flat. Doesn't taste terrible, but no fermentation. I'm looking for advice on whether or not this project is a lost cause, or if there's some alternative solution like putting it all back together and adding more yeast?
Admittedly, this is one of the last times I brewed. That is to say that a lot of what I used to know about brewing, and about making this beer in particular, has been lost to father time. Here's what I have per my notes:
Primaried 11/6/16 OG 1.106 @ 75 degrees
Checked 11/21 OG 1.038 @ 68
Secondary 11/30 OG 1.010 @ 68 It looks like I dry hopped 2ox of Kent Gold at this stage
Bottled 12/10 OG 1.023 @ 69
