Anywho..
I've got 3lbs of Munich, 5lbs of Caramel 60, and of course the bottomless pit of of US 2 row.

Tettnang, Tettnanger, Saaz, Centennial, and Cascade in the freezer, and a plethora of yeastie beasties in the fridge.

It's time for early spring cleaning to get rid of any possibly stale grain, and just scale down on the brewing ingredients that are taking over my fridge.

I know I could plug these things into Beersmith and get suggestions, but I am coming to you guys because you all can tell me how something tastes, was it worth the time to brew it? Beersmith doesn't give me any human feedback. So if you care too, please shout out some yummy recipes that consist of any of these ingredients. If it calls for something special, I'm sure I can get it so no biggie if it doesn't fit the criteria exactly. Just lookin' for something yummy.

You might want to give a Vienna style a try.

If you have lager yeast and a temperature controlled fermenter, go for it. If not, SafeAle S-05 at the lower end of 62-64 ought to give a good clean flavor to the brew.

Check out Bee Cave Brewery Haus Pale Ale and Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

They seem to be hugely popular around here, and from your 'on and' list it appears that you already have most of what you need...

I'll be brewing both in the very near future...
 
This recipe is based on Pagosa Brewing Co.'s Kayaker Cream Ale. I wrote Tony (the brewer) and he was kind enough to send me his recipe. I brewed it and my wife (who isn't a big beer fan) likes it, is bugging me to brew more, and once it aged about a month it really came into its own as a good solid session beer. About as close as you can get to brewing a light ale and pretty tasty.

Basic paramaters from Tony:
Malt: 1.043 OG
90% 2-Row
7% Biscuit
3% Cara-pils
(You can also substitute a nominal % of flaked corn or corn sugar to
achieve a more light-bodied, Cream Ale-like beer.)

Hops: German Noble - 14 IBUs

I've brewed the Centennial and it was delicious! :) The Bee Cave Haus Pale Ale is a bit too hoppy for me. I suppose I could use it as a base though and adjust the hops.....but that wouldn't do my any good as I am looking for something that people are familiar with **thought to self** Thanks for the ideas guys... I'll be shuffling through them and i'll narrow it down soon enough so that I can get something in the bucket by the end of the week. :)
