Hey guys,
I've been extract brewing for over a year now. Currently I'm trying to get fermentation going on my AHS Northumberland Brown Ale with Wyeast London ale yeast. Well I brewed everything on Saturday and here it is Monday night and no bubbles from the airlock. I got to thinking. I was given this kit for Christmas from my future inlaws, and I'm pretty sure they just wrapped the box in Christmas wrap when it came in so no telling how long the yeast wasn't at temp. They had no idea the yeast needed refridgeration.... Is this why I'm not seeing signs of fermentation? Is there anything I can do at this point or is the batch a lose?
