Hello, I've been searching the web for a reliable and concise chart listing the Diastatic power of malts. To my surprise, it's been more difficult than expected. Can anyone point me to one please?
As far as i know Rahr malt has the highest diastatic power of all of the
available malts.
You can go on the homebrewing suppliers web sites and the diastatic power should be listed.
Also if your brewing with a lot of corn or rice it's a good idea to ask
your grain supplier what the diastatic power of there grains is.
