If I'm overstepping by constantly updating please just let me know. But beforehand...

As someone in Colorado who would like to visit your brewery but may never be able to, I think your constant updates are great and are incredibly insightful into the real world challenges of opening a new brewery. I say keep them coming.

MA will see draft and bottles. Auroral is headed that way, but Lambent may never get brewed again. Took us over six months to move a very small amount in the tasting room, so a rebrew isn't super appealing at this point.

Wait. Seriously?!? Only thing I can think of is growler package, although I definitely got some growlers when I was there last.

Celebrating my anniversary weekend in Portsmouth in 2 weeks. Looking forward doing a detour to this place!

Point out the people who weren't drinking this to me and I will take a dump in their kitchen.

sleepydave Do you update your tap/bottle list trough Facebook? Will Lambent last until this upcoming Saturday? Either way, I will definitely be stopping by.

I'm actually updating that this very moment. Should be up now and up-to-date. Lambent will almost absolutely last till then. We just tapped the last half barrel on Saturday from what I was told. We also may have squirreled away one sixtel for a potential event on the 24th. But they were supposed to announce it last week and still havent, so I have to touch base before we say anything else about that. However, segue, the 25th and 26th of this month, as of right now, we have a Lexington BBQ contender coming in to do a pop up on both days!

Originally brewed 9/10/15. And just hitting the last of her now. That's a damn long time to tie up kegs for a little operation like us.

If auroral was available in cans i'd buy it buy the case. Perfect summer beer.
No plans on canning anything at this time unless a lot of things change for the worse. We prefer 100% inert packaging. Whenever we talk with suppliers for any canning options, everyone says "our linings are basically inert." Which translates to "not inert." Sorry to segue, but to me currently, canning is like serving beer in plastic cups. You won't find us doing it unless our backs are to the ******* wall. However, this remains my personal opinion and not the opinion of the business as a whole.

I certainly understand and respect your stance.....Not really trying to suggest that you should actually can your beer, just that i'd like to drink it in mass quantity :D

Fine I guess I'd accept a sixtel ;)

Was by far the beer I drank the most of yesterday at Hunahpu day.

Haha, my bad for being slightly defensive on the matter. Ill blame just getting off a plane. My opinion remains, but reading that again, i came off like a dick :p

No worries at all dude.....What is your policy on selling abnormally large cans of beer (aka sixtels) to jerks like me?

Currently it's pretty tough as we just opened up to Mass and VT. But in the coming months, we should be able to do it by request again if you catch us before packaging or within a couple days of. We're getting about 120 some odd more sixtels just for that reason (distro), so hopefully that'll help things.

Finally went to Deciduous for the first time Saturday. Small, but beautiful spot on a strip mall. Surprise how mellow it was with only about 10 people inside. People running the bar were awesome and the beers were from good to pretty ******* great. Great value from the 4oz samplers at $1.50 each.

Lambent it's clearly an older batch. Love the Raspberry flavor, but the passion fruit was very subtle. Auroral with Mango/Lychee was phenomenal. definitely my favorite. Pilot was extremely well done. Great hop flavor (Citra,Colombus?) although low on the carbonation. bought like 5 growlers to take with me to MA.

I see great things from this brewery and it's pretty awesome somebody in New England is focusing on doing fruited berliners. Will definitely come back. Good luck sleepydave !

Awesome man! Very glad you enjoyed the beer and time at our humble little spot! The Pilot is actually mostly simcoe, a little amarillo, centennial, chinook, summit, nugget, cascade and columbus. With the exception of simcoe, it's a fairly tame hop profile actually. New double out in sub two weeks-ish though. One that will see distro and growlers because we are happy with it, too! :) Thanks again for the patronage man, any and all feedback is most appreciated!

Finally tried Sepal courtesy of jedwards. Absolutely delicious. Benchmark for that a hoppy brett beer should be. Keep doing what you're doing, sleepydave!
Thanks man! Trying our damnedest everyday! New Sylph and Mosaic new Sylph are getting bottled up asap as well. So we should have two more farmhousey brews up for sale by mid April-ish. A bit more tart and less funky as opposed to Sepal. For a few reasons, but mostly to keep Sepal, Sepal and Sylph, Sylph. :)
