Hill Farmstead Mosaic Single Hop IPA (filled on 4/21/18)

Dank. Crisp. Grassy. Wonderful.

A buddy of mine has a regular Hill Farmstead connection that grabbed us a bunch of growlers and bottles last week, and I'm starting to crack into the growlers. Just a wonderful aroma and flavor of dank cannabis and grassy hop character, clean fermentation profile, wonderful bready / doughy malt base and crisp finish with a lively amount of carbonation. Not sure there is a "newer" hop that I like more in hop forward beers.

Society and Solitude Batch 3 & 7 are on deck for this weekend.
