Hill Farmstead Farmers Wave

Citrus. Lime. Phenolic. Carbed.

One of my favorites this year from Hill Farmstead was the Farmers Wave which tastes like Arthur / Florence with a shitload of lime juice and zest. Phenolic rather than estery yeast profile, grainy bready malt character, bit of herbal / floral hopping, and the citrus is so refreshing. A mimosa replacement to start a long day of drinking.
