Imperial Oak Brewing Czech Your Head Pilsner

Grainy. Herbal. Clean. Refreshing.

Working from the brewery this afternoon while finishing up my agenda for our homebrew club competition meeting prior to the main meeting starting. Clean, dry, well carbed and super refreshing Pilsner is assisting with these aforementioned tasks. I used to look down at this kind of beer, and now it's pretty much my go to at any brewery unless a very interesting Saison is available.
