My name is Dave and I am about to embark on the journey of home brew. Like most of you, I have been a beer lover for a long time. Over the past few years my palate for craft brews has increased. Much to the point that I can no longer enjoy an ice cold bud or any equivalent.
So my tastes are now kind of expensive and since I just moved to the desert 6 months ago from NC I end having an extra beer or two due to the low humidity. Time to make my own beer. My favorites right now are DFH 60min IPA and Fox Barrel Black Current Cider. I know, kind of random. However I respect all craft brews and I pretty much like anything.
I love beer and I love creating things and trying to perfect them. So I guess I'm a good candidate to get started.
I'm about to create another post to get your opinion on my research for my first kit but for now I just wanted to introduce myself and say hi. If you have a link for the kit you recommend please post. Thanks.
