So thankful I have found this, as I am delving further in to the world of home fermentation.

I have been working with sourdough for five years now as my husband and I have been trying to eat cleaner and more organic. Last year, a friend of mine got me a kit from Brewsy and we fell in love with cider brewing. However, as a teacher, I want to learn more and study more and get further in the skill.

Can’t wait to learn from others on this journey!
