Being my first year, I sort of want it to be nice, but I will probably roll out there earlyish no matter how ****** the weather.

If teenager RedCoffee could handle all day at the Warped Tour in the middle of summer followed by a 3 hour drive home, adult RedCoffee can handle cold rain. (I hope)

Wait, did Three Floyds send out mass mail without paying adequate postage on it?

The ticketing company used a postage printing system, so either the system was flawed/setup incorrectly or they stuffed more into the envelope after printing the postage.

Dear Dark Lord Ticket Holder,

It has come to our attention that an incorrect envelope was used to mail Dark Lord Day tickets by The United States Postal Service(USPS) first class, regular mail. Because the envelope is not completely flat, the USPS' machinery had trouble processing it which caused these mailings to be manually sorted/categorized as "irregular envelopes" with "postage due" upon arrival to your area.

In a majority of cases, the USPS made the deliveries but we are seeing that there are some issues and wanted to inform you.

We apologize, as the commercial printing vendor who was hired by ETIX to print, fulfill and deliver DLD tickets had a quality control malfunction that caused this to happen.

1. If you have received your Dark Lord Day tickets without any issue, great! You need not do anything further.

2. If you have received your Dark Lord Day tickets, but needed to go to the post office to retrieve them and/or had to pay additional postage for them, please email us at[email protected] or call us at 1-800-514-3849 so that we may process a refund for shipping costs incurred. We apologize for the inconvenience – thank you for taking the time to pick up and pay for your tickets.

3. If you have received notice that the post office is holding your tickets for pick up, we ask that you please pick up your tickets from the post office and pay whatever postage is due. Then, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 1-800-514-3849 so that we may process a refund for shipping costs incurred. We apologize for the inconvenience, but believe that if we can get these tickets into your hands now, it will minimize any frustration on the day of the festival.

4. If you have received notice that your tickets are being returned to ETIX, please alert us immediately at [email protected] or call us at 1-800-514-3849.

5. If you have not received your tickets and also have not received any word from your local post office, please email us immediately at [email protected] or call us at 1-800-514-3849.

We apologize again for the inconvenience and are working diligently to correct it. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Thank you,
ETIX

Just talked to Etix support. Basically, anyone that hasn't gotten tix by Monday is going the Will Call route, which sucks. I am flying on Monday and won't have any way to check for my tickets, unfortunately, so I'm already planning needing to do that because I won't be home to know until Thursday.

****, man.

Same here. She assured me that there won't be long lines at the will call tent. She's clearly never been to a beer-related event before.

Parking help - We have been coming for 3 years but this will be the first time trying to get a parking spot, so we can keep stuff with the car(grill for breakfast & beers etc). We are thinking of a 4:30am arrival so I don't think there will be issues but thought I'd ask. Also does anyone know if you can leave your car until the AM or at least until late(11pmish) that night

Cheers!

5:30-6 is plenty early to get a parking spot...and leaving the car is typically not a problem in any lot
