So what does everyone do with their beer after they get it? I have always had a DD and put it in the car but she can't come this year. I know last year some got stolen and that doesn't sound like a good plan. Is the only other option carrying it around and guarding it with your life?

I usually hurl them at random people walking down the street. Much more enjoyment than drinking the actual dark lord

How the internet feels today

Wrapped them in TJ Maxx's finest, cushiest tube socks and carried them around in my cooler backpack.

One person seemed particularly irate that someone in NEW YORK got tickets even though he lives a 1/4 mile away.

That's how the internet works, Chief.

Pretty much this. A whole lot of "**** FFF! I've been a loyal fan forever but this is JUST TOO FAR!"

There is a company in town that has designed a box that can keep a constant temp for up to six hours. Pretty cool technology. Have shipped them a couple of times

What's the deal with the compound fellas? Pretty new to TB, but did attend DLD last year with Jvrdz24. Had a blast and wouldn't mind drinking some rar wellz with some new people. Ended up with group A.

Also anyone got any experience with the jaks taps shuttle?

I've sent out first round of notices to folks who went with us last year for the DLD shuttle. For TBers interested, shoot me a DM and I will add you to the list if we have seats available - brief summary:

Likely $20 round trip (waiting on confirmation from bus company), leave from LP Binny's at 7 AM, leave DLD at 7:30 PM, return to LP Binny's around 8:30 PM. Boozing allowed in both directions as you see fit.

This is the fourth(!) year we have done this with the shuttle. Crazy how time flies.

Christ... Can't even imagine how much of a **** show that ride back is.

Depending on the weather, when it is nice out, it has been a combination of loud people passing around bottles of Dark Lord and whatever they didn't crack at the bottle shares and passed out people just wanting to get home. Last year the bus was half empty and pretty low key, given the fact that everyone left well in advance of the bus coming back because the weather was so bad.

So now that I'm firmly in the E group of doom, I need to start figuring out a solution for travel/etc. Any E group veterans have suggestions for how to approach the day differently, if any difference at all?
