I primary fermented my Gruagach 80/- in the 55F to 63F range for two weeks. From my reading, it can take as long as three weeks at those colder temps, but mine seemed to be done after about 12 days. I let'er sit an extra couple of days for good measure and then racked to secondary. I let the temp go up to the 58F to 64F range for the next three weeks, and then bottled and stored in the house for the last 1.5 weeks (temp is about 67 in the day and closer to 62 at night.)

I bottled this on the same day as Pandora, but I haven't tested one yet. I threw one into the fridge this morning, and will be having it with my dinner tonight (if it's carbonated well.)
