Ok, search isn't working on my kindle fire, so please forgive me if there's another thread on the subject, but, I was wondering if any if you have tried cutting out the partition between the fridge and freezer on an upright to expand the storage space. As of now I can only hold 2 fermenters.

Thanks in advance
Justin

depends on whether or not there are refrigerant lines in that space. if there arent, then you could certainly do that.

How about a collar around the main door, Sort of like on a kegerator.
Then figure a way to duct freezer to bottom, for added coolness.?

Well, in my case, I'm needing the extra space, so I can build a shelf mid level shelf and have some more fermenters going. But the more I think about it, it might just be better to sell the fridge and get an upright freezer for the same purpose. But I'd still rather mod what I got then go through the hassle of CL sales and purchases before hand.
