Still dont have the hops totally sorted out, especially the aroma and dry hops but what are your thoughts on the grain bill.

Maris Otter 35.000 lb
Honey Malt 4.000 lb
Caramel 10L 2.000 lb

That is a lot of honey malt. I've found that a little goes a long way and in some beers even 0.5 lb/5gal is too much. But if you like it then what the hell. Otherwise it should be decent.
 
I hope you like honey malt. That would be undrinkable for me.

I've messed with it in the past, and found 0.5 lbs in 7 gallons is very noticeable. After using it a few times, I've decided I just don't like it and will not use it again. I still have 0.75 lbs stored away somewhere, that I will probably never use.
