Can somebody give me a quick crash course on how to make a hard cider? I've made 2 batches of homebrew beer and have 2 more batches waiting to brew but after that I wanna try a cider. Basically what suggested brands of cider, do I boil like malt extract, what yeasts are suggested n such

I don't have much experience, but I use Musselman's cider from Walmart. In general, I think the more flavor the juice has, the better.

You don't need to boil it. I have only ever used Montrachet yeast, but I've seen Nottingham and US-04 recommended as well, or EC-1118 if you're adding extra sugar and want high ABV.
