Coopers wheat beer fermentation time.

Hi, started brewing a wheat beer with the coopers DIY kit 3 days ago, i took the krausen collar off today, and there is absolutely no foam on the top, although the collar had lot of scum. Is fermentation complete? How many days for bottling?

Take a reading with hydrometer.

Sounds like initial fermentation is done. It'll still take a while for it to get down to a stable FG.

Guessing 1.014, which you should have over a period of several days to make sure that it is not dropping any further. Obviously the FG number can vary so don't worry if it is off several points.

1.010-1.012 wouldn't be out of the question either. Give it another week or so,then test again.
