I have brewed a few batches thus far from Guiness clones to light Ales and all brews have come out cloudy.

Most all have secondary fermentation. I have tried Irish Moss as well hoping the clarity would improve with little to no success.

Any ideas?

There are alot of causes of cloudy beers. Some get better, like chill haze or yeast haze, some will not (like starch haze).

Are you brewing extract beers, or all-grain? Do they get better or worse in the fridge? Do you have a lot of sediment in the bottom of the bottles? Have you tried whirlfloc instead of Irish moss?

That's alot of questions, but it will really help us pinpoint what the problem is so that it can be fixed.

extract's and just a few all-grains. Yes, there is a fair of amount of sediment at the bottom of the bottles.

I will have to try much better to remove the sediment and give whirfloc tablets a shot.
