5/5 batch of Sea Hag cans - best batch I've had in quite some time.
I'd be better if you just stayed at home.

and for good measure:
Speaking of relevance. Bereket in Black Rock is Trey approved. Hes been spotted there a couple times. It's no NHV pizza, but if we are gonna get all foody in this thread it's worth visiting on the way over to SoNo.
sooooo anything cool happening in the next few weeks in the CT area? I'm back in town after a long time for a few weeks and wanted to see what the 203/860 scene is like after getting into craft beers. I see a lot of stuff about OEC, NEBCO, and Two Roads...wish I had gotten a chance to rep CT while I was still here.
OEC Anniversary Party on 6/4 should be pretty fun if you are still around.
They're having like 40 breweries...OEC Anniversary Party on 6/4 should be pretty fun if you are still around. Gathering of the Bines at Two Roads this Saturday if music/their beer floats your boat.
OJIPA unfiltered juicy Imperial IPA was a popular choice at Gathering at the Bines beer fest last weekend so we are bringing it to the tasting room while supplies last! Brewed with Citra, Mandarina Bavaria and other hop varieties - available in pints, tasters and one growler max per person.
This. It's less fun to troll about Two Roads when people enjoy their beer. I guess there's always Shebeen.
1st beer we had at the fest!
Yeah dude, drinkers in Connecticut just don't appreciate good craft beer. He sends it down there for the more sophisticated drinker.A friend of mine is on her honeymoon in Hilton Head, SC and she got a Shebeen beer at a restaurant. It surprised me that they were down there
Apparently the waiter at the restaurant recommended it to me friend, which is why she got it.Yeah dude, drinkers in Connecticut just don't appreciate good craft beer. He sends it down there for the more sophisticated drinker.

"Visco thinks Shebeen's products will generate interest in a new state, not just because of their quality, but because they're new and it's unusual to see a Connecticut product in the South."
"It's frustrating, he said, that more people in Connecticut don't support their local breweries"
I have half a heart to talk to those dudes about subcontracting my homebrew out of there once Pioneer leaves (if they haven't already). Would love to use that beautiful brewery for something cool. Just a gauntlet of hoops to jump through.
Rich Visco... IPA KING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Holy **** that guy is just the most immense ****** imaginable, isn't he
Chris hates them too much to even consider it. He may be doing something similar at what many consider to be one of the better breweries in CT though...
No such thing.what many consider to be one of the better breweries in CT though...
