Random question does anyone know if SOS gets distributed on certain day of the week/month? I've been striking out trying to get it in the Enfield area.

A friend offered to pass along some cans of today's release, assuming he gets any. I decided to eschew my skepticism and give 'em a shot; will follow back.
It's not 1/2 bad. I honestly think it drinks much more similarly to Trillium than Tree House.
Hey, hype besides... If that quality of beer is going to be semi regularly available in South Windsor, I'm not too jaded to not appreciate that.

Pic from my buddy who picked up the Trailblazer. Looks like it could use a little cold crash in the fridge. I have heard about Shabeen antics in the past, but I'm giving these guys a chance.

Shebeen has nothing to do with this beer other than them lending their equipment to the Pioneer guys while the South Windsor brewery is being built (as far as I know).

Agreed. I was just replying to the post above mine
about Visco. Pioneer will have nothing to do with them once the SW move happens, assumingly.

It's a bummer to buy unfinished beer, no doubt. I let the last Hoof Hearted can I had crash out in the fridge for 3 weeks and it looked like a normal Hazy guy and was much more drinkable.

So fuckjng astringent

I question whether all the people reviewing this saying "omg, straight juice!" have ever had an actual glass of juice. I don't know if this is a subpar batch (canned 4/20) compared to the initial release or there's some conspiracy to hype this up. It's not a drainpour or undrinkable it's not anywhere close to the best NE IPAs I've had.

Looks like Kent Falls is finally going to bottle a clean IPA with Shruggie. I hope they sort out their yeast issues by the time this gets packaged. I've actually enjoyed the Columbus presence of some of their recent IPAs like I AM TABLE and Almost, but it seems like all of their IPAs have also gotten sweeter and taken on more Belgian characteristics as well. I raved about the first release of Super Sparkle to a friend, and when batch 2 came out last month he was really disappointed and asked me if it was supposed to be a Belgian IPA.

Ok my last stop on my new England voyage upcoming. Besides nebco wat else should I be on look out to stop thinking Thurs/Fri.

Only been to original nebco location
