And they are delicious...Craft 260 also has a Groupon for sale now. $25 for 2 burgers and 2 beers. Considering their specialty burgers are $16, thisis a pretty good deal.

9th SquareHuh, really? Where? I could see this doing decently well...
I'm the guy in the TB shirt if anyone is here.Anyone going to the Craft 260 CT Cask Fest?

I agree with all of this... Really enjoyed Kent Falls offerings as well even though they didn't bring a cask Waymaker is such a tasty beer...For people who attended the Cask Fest, what did you think were the highlights?
-I thought the Citra/Kumquat Sea Hag was outstanding but I wasn't big on the other variant. I expected the Nelson and peaches to balance the habaneros, but the peppers ended up taking a front seat.
-I'm not a huge Road to Ruin fan, but I thought the Galaxy/Mosaic version was great. It was almost sort of like a poor man's Locust Reign.
-Black Hog's Granola Brown variants were very interesting. The Bourbon Bacon had a HUGE bacon finish to it.
-Everyone that I was with was very impressed with Veracious. We were camped out in front of their table for a while. I look forward to trying more of what they have to offer.
-New kid on the block, Lock City (coming soon to Stamford) only brought one cask, but I liked it and it seemed to be rather well-received by the crowd. The NEBCO team told us that it was one of their favorites at the fest. My friend mentioned this to the Lock City guy and we asked if he had tried the Citra Sea Hag, to which he replied "Ehh....I don't really like Sea Hag." You guys are brand new and the kings of the CT beer scene are showing you love. Nobody is obligated to like Sea Hag, but that response sort of rubbed me the wrong way.
Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling the offerings from a number of the breweries present, but I basically expected that. Overall. I thoroughly enjoyed the event.
Rut roh.So I'm hearing no more SoS in CT until further notice? Anyone else heard about this?

So, I guess the state budget passed, now allowing bars to sell growlers to go?
