If it's anything like the 5k Brewfest (which it looks like it is), they'll give you the glass as you're leaving and when you're there they'll give you a plastic taster cup. Presumably it's a measure to avoid broken glass taster glasses. I'd much prefer to get a legit glass for home use than yet another useless glass taster to that only serves to clutter up my cabinets.
Weird that the glass has a pour line, if that's the case.
I really have no problem with them. I mainly post their stuff here to troll Dino. Some of my friends seem to enjoy their beer a lot. I tried raining on their parade once, but now I don't bother. I do like the session IPA and bought a bunch of that over the summer. Two Roads always gets people worked up, but at this point it seems kind of pointless. They market their beer without shame and that looks like the way it's going to be.
Urban Funk was pretty good and probably my favorite beer from them so I'm looking forward to the gueuze and kriek.

Missed out on the Urban Funk release. Said I would go down for bottles if they lasted until later in the afternoon, since I didn't want to wait in line... and they didn't last. I'll probably take the same approach this time and likely not get bottles as a result.
October 25th release for the Gueuze, Kriek and that Balsamic thing.

But what about the double aged Roadsmary?

Either way, I don't think they're here yet.
Thanks chaggy5. I saw them in the background of this tap list photo from Birch Hill Tavern in Glastonbury, but was also wondering if they actually hit stores.
I think it did come to CT last year... I remember some bar getting the 1 keg that came to the state.

Cask Republic in New Haven will be featuring many great Connecticut breweries on draft including 2 cask conditioned ales from New England Brewing Co. and Back East Brewing Co.
Limited Release Beers will be available from Back East, New England, Overshores, Stubborn Beauty and many more!
I like the sound of that.Cask's website says they'll be putting on the last batch of Wet Willy and I've also heard they may have Zapata-Bot as well.
Might try to make it there Friday.http://us7.campaign-archive1.com/?u=07a359be609354c537d7b002d&id=5e8ce69dc0
Eli Cannons looks like a good place to be Friday night, and Wednesday as well!
From their release last spring, they tweeted that everything was sold out at 2pm or so. No idea when you had to be in line to secure bottles though.anyone heading to two roads saturday? just wondering how their releases usually are. Should I get there early to wait in line? Or can I stop by around noon and grab some bottles?
