I built a ferm chamber and got some help with with drilling a hole to put in my stir plate and now have another issue.

Condensation, I don't know if it will cause many issues but it is pretty extensive, it could possibly be from my blowoff jug but I want to know if anyone else has had the same issue.

Any fixes or advice? Thank you!

I think people here have asked you about this already, but why would you put your stir plate inside the low temp ferm chamber? Yeast propagates much better at room or higher temps.

And yes, cover open vessels containing liquids with lids. Poke or cut a hole in it to stick the tube(s) through.

Someone did ask... The wife doesn't want beer "crap" in the house-- not a fight I want to battle.

Thanks for the advice on the open container.
