Im reproducibly getting what I perceive to be large amounts of acetaldehyde during primary fermentation using 100 ml slurry of Conan into 1.073 OG. I know there should be some, but this is enough to make me snap my head back like Im getting hit with teargas. I havent experienced this before. I dont know if all of this will eventually condition out or not. This is not the peach/mango I was hoping for. Any thoughts? Is it possible my yeast has gone bad? Thanks for any advice and Im happy to provide further details that would help figure this out (if there is a problem).
