So tonight I wanted a beer, but I go to see there are non cold in the fridge. So I grab 6 and put them in the fridge and grab another and put that one in the freezer to chill it fast so i can drink it.
I then go back to what I was doing and forget about the beer in the freezer for about an hour. I then take it out and open it, it's not frozen but very very cold. I take a drink and it's awful. I can't describe it as I don't think I've every tasted something like this before. I then set it out and it warms up to probably about 40-45* and it tastes great.
Point: I never knew how important serving temp was. Too cold and tastes like ****, to warm and well the same thing.
