It's a sickness!
Just a reminder to those of you who (are like me) get in a hurry to keg a beer and just set your vol of O2 to a standard setting. I learned the hard way by doing this. Each style of beer benefits from a correct vol of o2. We spend alot of time making beer so why not do it justice and finish it right. My screw up was a 60 schilling that I put on my IPA vol setting. It's now nice an bitter, almost astringent. Please learn from my mistake.
