CO2 regulator connection

My brother in law found me a CO2 regulator in almost new state, only problem is that it's made for paintball tanks. The housing is a standard left hand thread been looking online if I can buy a connection for my 10# tank but no luck.

Anybody know where I can purchase one?

Great! Indeed did more research and cga320 is ASA. Will give it a try and nice to be able to take paintball tank when we go to the beach.
