CO2 outside-Regulator inside

I want to move my CO2 tank out of my keezer but keep the regulator inside (I don't want to have to drill 3 more holes in my collar), what hardware is needed to make this happen. I've done some searching but must of what I see is people running the low pressure lines through the collar but I want the high pressure line run through the collar.

There are high pressure gas hoses available that would let you remote mount a primary regulator (or bank of same)...
